Just a little morsel about myself...

I have officially been grad school at UGA for a month. It has been a month full of changes.

I am living in a city that I have FINALLY learned to navigate, and I love it. Unlike my home town, there is always something to do. I spend most of my weekends downtown. There will be plenty of stories of my future [mis]adventures.

I am living with 3 girls that I had not met until a month ago. Given earlier horrible experiences with situations like this, I had my reservations. However, I am very happy that we all get along well. I have found that I really like these girls. I hope they like me as well...

I have made some of the most wonderful friends in the past month. There have definitely been some weird moments (most of which were helped along by massive quantities of alcohol), but they have been overcome. There are definitely some people I have met that I don't care for, but for the most part I can avoid them. And if not, I'm trying to be nice. but stupidity isn't something I can easily tolerate.

I'm just a grad student struggling to manage what I want to do and what I should do. What I want typically wins.
